On the morning of January 3rd, 2017, the first working day of the new year, a research-development team, which is engaged in intelligent security technical solutions and public safety product, officially joined in Ruizhang and formed the security department at the headquarters of RuiZhang Technology Co., Ltd., in Songjiang district, Shanghai.

The team has been committed to researching and developing advanced intelligent security technical solutions and public safety products towards governmental customers like public security, justice, forestry, poverty, etc. and provides security information management systems and applications like visual command and dispatch system based on the latest 4G mobile communication technology (TD-LTE), public security 110 communication and dispatch system, integrated communication scheduling system, grid security management system, 3D geographic information system. Its representative projects include: introducing public security information and visualization dispatching concept into forest fire prevention field; providing fire monitoring and intelligent scheduling network for forest public security based on 4G technology; completing the relevant projects of three-dimensional crime prevention and control system in various regions.

As a multinational enterprise, RuiZhang Technology has two wholly-owned subsidiaries, separately being Alien Technology, and Shanghai Ruizhang IoT Technology Co. Ltd. and two holding subsidiaries, being Shenzhen Realid Technology Co., Ltd. and the United States Active Identity. At the end of 2016, it established Jiangxi Xinhua Ruizhang IoT Technology Co. Ltd. with Chinese Media.
